EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item in your order.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a return or cancellation request via your order history:
You must notify us before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Refunds We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (we do not refund any additional cost if you selected a premium delivery option). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.
Return shipping You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless otherwise stated.
Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g. mouthguards, groin guards)
