Unfortunately, it is almost impossible for me to tell you what size head guard is needed without seeing the customer try it on. However, I would say that the best chance of a good fit would be a Small.
Please note that there is a size guide attached to the product listing, which is as below:
SIZE CIRCUMFERENCE
Small. 50cm-52cm
Medium. 53cm-56cm
Large. 57cm-59cm
XLarge. 60cm-62cm

The Adidas Hybrid 150 Head Guard does not come with an anti-slip lining. Instead, I would describe it as having a soft, moisture-wicking inner lining for improved comfort during training.
Please note that if the head guard is tightened correctly and is the correct size, it should not slide around.
